The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.

The kitchen is ready to use and boasts a bar and island seating. This kitchen does not have a full size stove/oven but does have plenty of electric appliances to cover all of your cooking needs. The living room offers a smart tv with all of the streaming services and free wifi. Located right down the street from Hesston College and Schowalter Villa.

Welcome to our Guest Nest

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

Peaceful country guest house

A wonderful 3 bedroom/1 bathroom guest home located on a farm out in the country. It's only a 5 minute drive from Sedgwick and a 15 minute drive from Wichita! The house is equipped with linens, towels, pots and pans, WIFI, and basic satellite TV. The farm also has many friendly farm animals! We do have a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM on our bookings. Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
