Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seccheto

Chiara and her family were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location right next to some beautiful beaches! Chiara and her daughter gave great restaurant and beach recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

Francesca's apartment has everything you need, the decor is a little dated but absolutely functional. It is practically in the center of Castiglione della Pescaia, a 10-minute walk from the beaches and very close to everything. In August the streets are very busy, which is why it was definitely a bit difficult to unload the car (there is not much possibility of parking nearby) and in the evening it was often confusing, but it was enough to close the doors and turn on the air conditioning for peace of mind. There are a lot of paid parking nearby but Francesca showed us a couple of places where we could leave the car, and we didn't need to move it for our entire stay. We had a very good time and Francesca was super available to meet us during check-in and check-out times. It was a beautiful vacation!

Scarlino already enchants with its sea view. If you then stay in this terraced apartment with an open view of the Gulf of Follonica and Elba, then you would never leave. Located at the beginning of the village with convenient parking just a stone's throw away, the accommodation is super organized and equipped. The objects are unique and the furnishings are functional. Cristian provided very clear check-in information before arrival and always responded promptly when (rarely) I needed it. Moreover, detailed instructions and tips for your stay are provided inside, making it almost unnecessary to ask questions. Fast and reliable WiFi. Perfect heating. Niceplace, curated, matching the description and photos. Functional and complete kitchenette. The terrace is nice. The air conditioning system is very good. Good location, equipped beaches 5 minutes on foot, free beach 10 minutes wide and not crowded.

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

We really loved staying at the cloisters. Its a beautifully renovated apartment which is modern, its much lighter inside than the photos. There are beautiful views of the hills with vines. There was a galley kitchen and lovely bathroom. It was peaceful and there were lovely grounds / garden area to use. Luisa and her team are lovely and they made us feel very welcome. would definitely recommend and stay there again. Lots of nice restaurants too!

Francesco was hospitable. He picked us up from the ferry station and dropped us off at the end of the visit. Marino di Campo has a lot of shops and restaurants. A lovely place to stay!

The apartment, located in the i Boboli residence, is very well kept. Suitable for families up to 6 people. Extremely quiet and cool, with a terrace overlooking the staircase to the marina. Mrs. Antonia is an attentive Host who also takes care of the details of the stay (e.g. custom maps for hiking and biking trails around Punta Ala).

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. Anna was also very responsive on site. Thank you very much! We will keep fond memories of this typical Tuscany place 🌞🇮🇹❤

Raffaele was very helpful and kind. The place was very clean and easy to get to, and only 7 minute drive from the beach!

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for sleeping four adults very comfortably (two more could sleep on the sofa bed) and cooking in the simply but extensively equipped kitchen. It has a big, powerful shower (plus a second smaller one) and the extra bonus of an efficient washer-dryer for rapidly taking care of post-beach laundry, ready for the next day. We visited during the quieter low season and it was wonderfully peaceful. But even in the busy high season the excellent sound-insulated windows coupled with modern a/c would mean that once you’re inside, the temperature in the apartment is comfortable and the street-level noise is barely audible. Having said that, we loved flinging open the traditional green shutters on the windows each morning and letting in the light, air and sounds of the town waking up at street level. We recommend renting the nearby garage to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space.

Sabrina is a very kind, welcoming and always available host. She made us find the house well-stocked and clean. The accommodation is within walking distance of the sea and the central streets. Our dog also felt right at home Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Massimo's place in a great apartment. Everything you need and more than expected was available in the apartment. The location directly on the harbor is unique. It is only about 20 meters to the beautiful pedestrian zone with many geachsties and restaurants. Massimo is a great host and person.. You can tell how much he loves his business! He is friendly, helpful and always there if you have any questions. Right next door you will find 2 very nice, small and unique bistrots with great hosts who give you a good time with delicious food and good drinks. Thanks!!!! Thank you!!!!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.
