Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sebou River

Great value overall. Location close to the Blue Gate, in the medina. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and a beautiful roof terrace. Very friendly hosts.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

We spent 4 amazing nights in these Riad and we’ve loved to stroll around all the narrow streets of Medina, since the Riad is in the Medina’s heart. It was probably an ancient family house with 3 rooms (and 3 bathrooms now!) with a common central luminous space. Equipped with all you need for a comfy stay. Big rooms and a lot of space: we’ve stayed with our two kids and they love the place too. We found very useful to have washing machine and drying machine in the apartment. We were incredibly surprised since in the night it was really quiet and silent, despite being in the heart of the city.

the house is beautiful and original, it seems to be in one of Escher's works with the various levels that can be reached through unusual stairs. No object is chosen by chance ,all of valuable craftsmanship. Super comfortable beds and mosaic flooring. Also beautiful is the terrace area ( of course on two levels) with a poignant view of Fez . As close to the Medina, the exposure tends to be very peaceful. The breakfast offered by Muhammed in a nearby house equally pleasant and complete.

The villa is exceptional. Very large, very beautiful and the best part is the pool and the beach not too far away. We had a very pleasant stay.

Fatima's house was by far the best and most welcoming place we had during our 2 week stay in Morocco, and one of the best Airbnb offerings I have experienced world wide. Car park is conviently 10 minutes walking distance. Aya came to pick us up to guide us to the house. Fatima was personally there to welcome us and explain the background of the house she inherited from her mom. She took time to do so and did not rush. She and Aya had staffed the refrigerator for a full breakfast or two., even though this was not part of the Airbnb ad. The kitchen was fully equipped with tea, coffee, oils, etc. The place is spotless for an authentic Fes medina experience. Within 1 minute, you are in the middle of it, on the main street of the medina. It could not have been better.

Amazing stay, the hosts are very responsive, friendly, caring. couldn't ask for more. I'll be coming back definitely.

Dar 47 was truly a special place. Our only regret was that we had to leave so soon. Each of the rooms had comfortable beds and spaces. Khadija was amazing and had a breakfast ready to help us start our busy days. We had her cook us dinner the night we arrived and it was delicious. We should have requested more meals in the riad. Emma was super responsive and helpful in arranging a ride from the bus station and tours around the Medina. Everything was fabulous and can’t wait to come back to Dar 47!

Very well located apartment, a few minutes from Meknes train station, equipped with all necessary amenities. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A highly recommended stay.

Ver y nice and cosy flat in the heart of Fez, just outside the Medina, 4min waking from main entrance. Very quite surroundings. We rented the flat just the night before and the acces was fast and very flexible. Access to the flat very easy and the flat itself like an oasis inside Fez. Wonderful living room with comfortable sofas, TV, etc.. Kitchen with all necesssary equipment and a big fride although we almost did not use them. Both sleeping rooms are big with comfortable beds and wardrobe if needed. The bathroom very nice and cosy. Only "negative" aspect is that the bathroom has very low ceiling and for tall people can be a little bit unconfortable to shower or make-up. In summary, perfect accomodation to stay a view days in the heart of Fez but with possibilty to relax and disconect in this oasis of peace near the Medina.

Ali is a great host always reachable and the apartment was super clean and well equipped as described, calm and very good secure neighborhood, I would always be glad to come back .

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Kenitra! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

What a friendly host Taoufik is. He regularly sends messages to ask if everything is as desired, and if he can help with anything. The house was a bit cold, but there were plenty of blankets. The house was equipped with enough supplies to cook and make us feel at home there.

I had an issue with my flight ✈️ So I had to stay 2 days on Fez. I made my booking request with a very quick response. The apartment perfectly matches the listing. Mohamed is a very welcoming, attentive and helpful host. The apartment is spacious and bright, as shown in the photo; it is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, in a quiet area, with video surveillance parking; it is therefore particularly suitable for those who move by car or for those who need to stay overnight in the airport area. Nearby bars and restaurants.
