A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon our arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a true haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of that unique magic that only the medina of Fez can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and the soul of Abdelali is present at every moment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the medina of Fez, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent joyful and relaxing moments there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

Simo is very friendly guy. Always ready to help. Easy going with wonderful sense of humour. I was very lucky to meet also his father and mother. His father showed me his previous house and took me for shopping to Medina. If you like interaction with people Simo’s house is perfect for you. Thank you Simo for hosting me. God bless you. Staying at Ian’s place was a truly wonderful experience. The house is full of charm, perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, and feels like home the moment you arrive. Ian is a fantastic host warm, attentive, and also a great chef! He made us breakfast and shared stories that added real depth to our stay. We used their guidebook to book a full-day tour in and around the Medina -one of the best parts of our trip. Personal tip: Since the house is deep inside the Medina, it’s easy to get lost in the maze. I highly recommend using their suggested guide. We went with Redha (hope I spelled that right!) and he was amazing , knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended ⭐️

I cannot say enough amazing things about the riad, the staff, the accommodations, the friendliness. The rooms were absolutely stunning! They helped us with local restaurants, set up airport and tour accommodations and had both breakfast and dinner for us! Zacarías was patient and extremely helpful!! This area was filled with beautiful history!! I cannot recommend enough!!

We were very happy with the apartment. Although it is a holiday apartment, a lavish breakfast was brought to the front door every day and cleaned the apartment in between. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking including many spices, vinegar and oil. We spent 4 days there and felt at home from the 1st minute. Many thanks to Adil and especially his super team.

Very nice apartment. My stay went well. Host Monsieur Mouhcine was highly responsive and available full-time. I enjoyed hosting her hospitality and conviviality throughout the stay. I was also amazed by the fact that it is specially prepared a couscous for me to also make myself aware of the culinary arts of Morocco. I highly recommend this apartment. The environment is very quiet and the apartment is very clean and corresponds to 100% of the photos indicated. I sincerely thank him for hosting us and for being available throughout my stay.

Great location, great services , Adam is very responsive even though I booked really late ! The appartement is really clean and comfy with the welcoming drinks all over the place … But what make our stay unforgettable is Said at the front desk , he’s very helpful and always smiling, Said is such a great person. Beautiful Riad with a lot of character 2 steps from the car park and the main street of the medina. A refresh would make it magnificent, especially the terrace! The team is lovely. Youness came to greet us in the car park. We'll be happy to go back!

The riad is very well located, close to the Royal Palace, the park, the souk. The welcome is super warm, the small lunch hearty, clean and very pleasant riad despite being in a slightly dirty alley in the old medina and the noise of children playing outside in the evening. But that's also the charm of the popular Moroccan side. Hosts are available, accommodating. I recommend it without moderation, we loved it so much that my 13-year-old son who accompanies me tells me that this is where he wants to come back if we go back to fès. I visit Morocco 2 or 3 times a year and this place is part of my favorites of the warm welcome of Moroccans.

We enjoyed our stay. Rose was extremely responsive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. A simple thought like making sure there was an extension lead at the side of the bed to charge our phones was good. The place was suprisingly very quiet.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had arrived with a delay on the first day. In the end, we arrived at 1 am and have to say that Jihane always put us at ease. Hanane, welcomed us and prepared a nice breakfast with a lot of love every day.. They are both very sweet and helpful ladies. 10/10 for me😉! Price quality was definitely more than OK. Spending nights in a Riad was the first time for me and am happy that I was able to experience this with these people. Unlike cities, for me, the great advantage was the silence the nights had to offer. We were always able to sleep well. Thank you and good luck !
