Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.

Great, responsive hosts. Million dollar view. Lots of comfortable outdoor space. Plenty of beds and 3 full baths a plus. Kitchen clean, updated and stocked with all you could need. Walkable location to restaurants, coffee shop and boardwalk. We are already hoping to book same weekend next year and in between as well! Thank you Jeff and Cheryl!

"The space was perfect. Right on the beach with an access ramp onto the sand. We used the city's sand wheelchair a few times, and it was great. Lifeguards were so helpful and kind. They were an excellent resource while you're staying there. Walking distance to several restaurants, casual and fancy. Quiet roads nearby where our two kids rode bikes at all hours of the day. We also walked to the bayside to watch the sunset, a pleasant 5 min walk. The host was responsive and very helpful."

Eccentric beach getaway

I communicated with Brian and Kevin, the new host, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We spent a bachelorette weekend here off season and loved the place. The location is private yet just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk and bayside. There is a 7/11 and bagel place around the corner. The house itself is charming and is suitable for short- or long-term stay. Thank you very much!

Chris was a fantastic, friendly and welcoming host. He responsed immediately to any questions I had prior to check in and during our stay. The house was in a fantastic location, the area was quiet and the beach was private with included passes. Close to restaurants, the bay and Island Beach State Park. We loved the outdoor shower and all the amenities in the house. Would certainly book with Chris again!

My Wife, Our two year old Son and Myself just stayed at Lisa’s gorgeous quaint beach house which is literally a three minute walk to the beach. Her house is absolutely beautiful and has that Jersey shore beach vibe to the fullest! The back deck is a great spot to hang out at night plus the grill to cook if you feel like staying home. Otherwise there are so many great restaurants around and everything you need is right nearby! My Family and I already book another stay at Lisa’s in August! We actually said, “This might be Our new Happy Place getaway!” We highly recommend Lisa and her home 1000% and she is the best host who communicates to the fullest! Thank you again Lisa for your hospitality, generosity and peacefulness!!!
