Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Welcome to our newly built, family friendly, fully stocked home with a new 7 person hot tub . The home is located on a quiet, street in upper Seaside. There is on site parking as well as large two car garage with washer and dryer. While staying at the home you have access to pingpong, games, toys, WIFI, and cable t.v. in every room! Also, if you have little ones a few houses down from the property, there’s a small little park. Truly home away from home!

The washer and dryer is available inside the garage if needed. They're also laundry detergent, softner, and dryer sheets on the cabinet above washer. Im available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining is a short drive away.

Come to Seaside to enjoy a clean and private setting. The front yard is very private and includes a beautiful koi pond and waterfall. There is a BBQ along with a firepit and outdoor furniture for your comfort. Once inside you can enjoy an equally comfortable and inviting space. You can relax in the cozy furniture in front of the gas fireplace. There is an updated kitchen and restrooms and of course its all very clean! We hope you enjoy your stay.

Coastal Cottage #B

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.

Seaside home minutes from Monterey and Carmel

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have all new furnishings. The mattresses are high quality and new. All linens are new. Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.
