Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

It is ideal for a single family, not ideal for multiple couples. There is a queen sofa bed in living room. Only 10 minute drive to the coast, downtown Monterey and 15 mins from aquarium. Free off-street parking. Guests have the entire property to themselves and have everything they need inside the home.

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
