The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have all new furnishings. The mattresses are high quality and new. All linens are new. Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.

It's the last house in this neighborhood, perched on a small hill that is over looking an expansive sand dune and mountain ranges. Next to it is a sand covered hiking trail. We are 5-20 minutes drive from the most iconic beaches that would provide a fun-fill family picnic.
