Monthly Rentals in Seaford

We were coming to Seaford for our daughter’s wedding over the Easter weekend and wanted something close by the venue. Courtney’s place was perfect! Before I booked there were a few questions I had about the location and could we possibly check in a little earlier. She always responded with in minutes and was very helpful in her answers plus we did get that earlier check in! Just an absolute awesome stay and would differently stay again for sure!!

This place was great. The backyard space was peaceful. We had a great time fishing and kayaking in the river. The house is in a quiet area that feels very remote (in a good way), but is in close proximity to Seaford. Host was a good communicator. The laundry onsite was very convenient and we enjoyed the ping pong and the variety of table games. Kitchen has all the necessities and multiple options for coffee. House is even more spacious than it appears in the photographs.

We had an amazing stay here! Terri is so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. This is one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. It’s quiet, beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We stayed here the night before the SBY marathon, and it was the PERFECT location (<10mins from run parking). The apartment was clean and as described. The place itself was a little hard to find in the dark because the community does have street lights, but the instructions to get to the apartment are very clear and accurate once you arrive. Communication was excellent. I would stay here again if I do this race again next year.
