Lovely apartment Gaynor was very helpful

We had a great couple of days visiting friends in Sunderland and the apartment was the perfect location. Lots of space and very comfy beds! We would definitely recommend to other families. Nick was so friendly and accommodating with a slightly later check out time so the children could have another quick paddle on the beach.

This is the third time I've booked Lesley's place for stays in the locality. Lesley is a friendly and responsive host. The flat is spotless, spacious, warm and very well furnished/presented. The extras, including off-street secure parking, and kitchen provisions, while simple touches, really get you settled in and ready to start your stay. Will definitely be my first choice when in this part of the world.
