Townhouse holiday rentals in Seabrook Island

We spent three days in Charleston sightseeing and stayed at Megan’s place. The townhouse on three levels is modern, very clean and spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The house is very close to the lively and busy King Street, with lots of shops, great restaurants and bars. Megan was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We had a great visit to Charleston.

Second time here & wont be our last ! Absolute fantastic. We love it here. Highly recommend! Also the beds are so comfy!

We loved our stay! We used the dock multiple times and the sunset views from the house were gorgeous. Within close bike/drive distance to marina and other restaurants.

We were thrilled with our stay here. Right in the heart of the best of Charleston. On the corner a delightful busting place called Carmella’s. We loved Magnolias around the corner as well. Many roof top bars with panoramic views of the city and water. The king bed was dreamy and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen was handy to cook in when we didn’t want to eat out. We were also blessed with incredible weather for our stay. We have family in Mt Pleasant which was only 20 minutes as well as the airport being very close. All in all a lovely stay at a beautiful place.

This was my first Airbnb and we were extremely satisfied with the location and ease of everything involved. Polly responded very quickly with my questions. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

What a lovely AirBNB! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was suitable for walking. The biggest bonus was th proximity to downtown Charleston. Thank you for excellent place to stay!

I stayed here with my husband and 1.5 y/o. It was perfect and felt homey! Hosts were super friendly and responsive. It was a great location. Close to the beach, the island had a beautiful playground for small kids, and 2 days we even drove into Charleston, which was only about 40 mins away.

Mari was an excellent host, and her home is beautiful! We were down for a baseball tournament, and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive and proactive at times. The home was very clean and well decorated. Our families really enjoyed the atmosphere presented and had a great night of family games on the dining room table. The featured brand-new appliances and modern features and the neighbors were wonderful. Great area and fit the needs for our weekend. Our stay was late October 2024. Home was literally on the beach. And what a beautiful beach it was. Found shells, sand dollars, and star fish. Soft sand, meticulously maintained beach, not crowded, perfect waves for surfers (including beginners) and boogie boarders. To me, it’s worth a price premium to stay on the beach, don’t have to haul your crap as far, nearby bathroom, etc. The home itself was perfect. Not fancy, but comfortable beds, and nice big kitchen. Bathrooms are very tight on space but not a huge bother.

We had such a great stay at this stylish and quiet apartment! It was the perfect home base for our Charleston getaway—super clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the small touches throughout the space that made it feel welcoming and thoughtfully put together. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Good spot for 2 couples or 1 couple and kids! seperate en suite bathrooms made for a good stay. All of Park Circle is an easy 5-10 minute walk away and that area is fun for all ages, so much cool stuff to do without needing a car!

Enjoyed the home. Close to montague with tons of restaurants. Host checked in with us a few times to see if he could make our stay more comfortable. Enjoyed every aspect. Would def. Rent again.

We had an amazing stay at this beachside condo for the weekend time this year! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and in a super walkable neighborhood with great shops and restaurants nearby. The condo itself had everything we needed, clean and comfortable with all the essentials. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, making check-in and our whole stay seamless. Highly recommend!

I have spent my career in the hotel business. Staying at this property was like staying in a 4/5 Star resort! Sewee was extremely responsive from the time we booked thru departure with any questions we had. The house was beautiful and perfect for the wedding we were attending at the Auberge property which was walkable from the house. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. The bedding very nice the bathrooms luxurious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing space with great access to downtown and the beaches. Very peaceful and welcoming. Also very easy to work with, we had forgotten a few things in the condo and she let us know immediately and figured out a solution for us thankfully

The host was very attentive, gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat, great for single families, very nice home. The neighborhood was nice as well. The rooms were nice sizes and very clean. The kitchen was very clean and pretty. We would stay again in the future.

This beautiful residence was spacious, clean, and provided comfy beds. The inside was peaceful and felt like home. We loved spending the evenings in the pool. The hosts were kind and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a wedding near the Navy ship yards so the location of the residence was perfect! Very clean, easy access to locations we wanted to go to, the neighborhood was pretty quite and the stay was reasonably priced. Great location! We had plenty of space for my family of 6. The house has everything you need for a day at the beach or to relax at the house. The pool and dock are super close to the house. We rented a golf cart but everything is within walking distance if you choose to walk. We loved everything about our stay!!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for an extended weekend and felt right at home the moment we walked in. The kitchen is stunning and very well stocked. The golf course views were incredible! Bed was cozy and had plenty of blankets to curl up in. Brenda was so communicative and kind. She answered questions quickly and was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Super thankful! HIGHLY recommend!
