Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sea of Marmara

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean apartment and totally matched the photos shown. Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Rojhat was very kind and welcomed us even though we arrived very late at night. Everything was great. We'll be back

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

The chalet is very beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice, and there are wonderful details, the pool is wonderful, and the water is warm. I stayed there for three fantastic nights

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Everything was good, but it was far from the city and to enter the villa we had to climb many stairs with an inappropriate slope and height.

The accommodation is as in the photos, even better in real life :) a magnificent view of the quiet lake. We only stayed one night but we will definitely come back. A big thank you to Fatih's parents who welcomed us very well.

Had a fantastic stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location too - T1 tram station, 5 minutes on funicular to Taksim square. Highly recommend!

It was a dream, it was peaceful, it was hygienic, everything was perfect, but I think in the morning, the sound of the generator was very disturbing at certain hours, there was no negativity other than that, thank you for everything, we will choose it again

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

The house and the area are very beautiful and the house is nice and has everything you need in it. We were also amazed by the house beyond description. The furniture, kitchen and utensils are very beautiful. The view is also very nice. You don’t want to leave the place. There are also grocery stores nearby in the nearby villages. The people of the village are welcoming and friendly. Mr. Ismail was interested in us and always asked about us and what if we needed something. He also suggested that we go to nearby activities and events. We enjoyed staying in this house and I want to come back again.
