Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

The villa was very beautiful, clean and pleasant. We had everything we needed. The pool was also very nice and spacious. Mr. Boğaç was also helpful with everything. It was a very nice resting holiday for us.

A nice house with several perfectly equipped guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful sea views from the terrace and the balcony. Entrance and kitchen are shared with the owner but are fully available to guest nevertheless. The house has absolutely everything one needs during the stay, and the host provides very helpful advice on places to visit. We've enjoyed their hospitality so much! Also, within 1-hour drive you reach the peaceful beaches of the Aegean as well as the main sites on the Dardanelles. Walks in the hills and fields make it a great place to explore the nature of Thrace and pay a visit to Troy.

I travel a lot and by far this was the most pleasant experience, the hostess was extremely welcoming, friendly and generous, I felt like being with my family, she took care of things for us out of her kindness, the place was so clean, the best swimming pool , it was heated and filled with fresh water , we really had a great time swimming with our baby, they also provided all the essentials i needed for my baby, they served a lovely delicious breakfast every morning, I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us , we are looking forward to stay again with them and tell our family and friends to come as well ❤️❤️❤️

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. We went to our friends for a weekend together and were incredibly satisfied. It had a very large garden. We came with our dogs and they enjoyed it just as much as we have. Everything was considered at the resort. We didn't miss anything. The amenities in both outdoor and indoor spaces were great. Mr. Birol greeted us at the entrance and told us about the house, and when he left, he came to travel. Thank you so much for your interest. The moment we stepped into the garden, we felt like we were in our own home. Everything was made before we arrived. Everything was cleaned up to the grills of the barbecues, and the house and garden were spotless. The amenities of the house were also very nice and perfect. We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

We are very satisfied with the house we rented for our bachelorette party. Ms. Ümit was very hospitable. It's been a great help with our requests. The cleanliness was as we expected. The fireplace needs to be lit and additional payment for the wood.

We we’re husband and wife with 4 kids the place suits us perfectly. Emin was a great person, Nothing creepy town is peaceful, The Vila garden was from heaven, The view of the location to the leake and the city,, day and night marvellous view. Worth the money and planning to come agin inshallah

We felt completely at home. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Mr. Emrah's communication was also very good. I will recommend it for friends who will come with a few problems. First of all, if you do not have a car, it is very troublesome roads and if you plan to come in the winter later, you need to know that the pool is not heated. We came due to the Ramadan holiday, and it was quite cold for the pool. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa is considered for those who stay, there are also beds. There is no problem where to sleep for peace. It is completely in touch with nature and has a really fascinating atmosphere.
