Holiday houses in Sea of Marmara

There was a perfect atmosphere with the chance to meet the snowfall. It's an environment where you can feel at home with all the amenities provided. The view of the house was very nice with all the details. It was especially enjoyable to spend the entire evening with the fireplace. The host's interest and relevance was complete.

The apartment is very nice and the location is central. Only thing is that there's no AC in the rooms. Would still stay here again.

1000 out of 10! If you want a spot in the heart of Moda, but on a quiet and clean street, this is perfect. It’s a block away from lots to do, bakeries, great coffee, vintage shops, unpretentious restaurants, and was a short walk to great parks for our kids. But it was never noisy, because we were jussst far enough away from bars and restaurants to avoid the noise. We managed to make everyone happy here because Alper’s place was nice enough for my older parents but in a more hipster part of town for the younger family members :) If you plan to walk to the ferry every day to the Euro side this might be a bit far from the ferry (15-20 minutes walking) but if you plan to at least sometimes hang in Moda it’s perfect. If we come back to Istanbul, we won’t even shop around for other places, we’d 100% come back here. Thanks Alper!

Enjoyed staying at Eyo’s place. Very clean beddings and towels. It is very close to a lot of things that you would like to walk to. The Tophane tram stations is within minutes of walking distance. Also, very helpful staff members.

Amazing views on roof floor and patio. Room was extremely clean and had the cleanest floors I’ve ever had for a hotel and I’ve been to dozens of countries. It’s the best when your feet don’t turn black from walking around barefoot. Very accommodating and friendly. Also my favorite location for not so tourist packed and near tram and bus station I would recommend to stay

Mr. Eren was very interested both before and after the reservation. When I called him, he answered all the questions I had in mind a lot, and even answered questions that were not in my mind:)) He was very interested. I need to give the details, which is ideal for 2 people, but it may be small as a life for more people.

Highlights: - a large floor independent of a house (the owners live below) - Spacious apartment, extremely well equipped (better than our home!), a bit like when you go to your nice grandmother's... - Good location on a quiet street in Iznik. The city is small, there are few things to see but the atmosphere is nice and everything is easily done on foot. Access to the lake in about 15-20 min walk for a pleasant walk along the lake in a large public garden, good for children but frustrating for hikers. - Balconies and small gravel garden with swing and table for tea. Very nice. Least: No there is not! Very good rental.

We had a very pleasant 2 days. The fact that there was underfloor heating allowed us to stay in a very cold weather without any heating problems. The hot pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We had no problems, thank you
