Beachfront holiday rental in Sea of Marmara

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

the place was exactly as mentioned and seen in the picture. The location is perfect as well, pretty much everyhting is at a walkable distance. Galata tower / bridge is like a 10 minutes walk. And the view from the window is spectacular.

We spent a nice weekend with three families in total 9 adults and one dog, Mr. Adnan showed a lot of interest and attention, and provided the necessary information and guidance very well. We had a comfortable rental as much as in our own home, especially with the facilities for a crowded organization like us. Since our rental period is in November, our concerns about heating are not previously used as of the first entrance, although it may be a little scary, we did not have any problems with heating until the end of our travel plan with the additional heaters and stove in the rooms. The garden was a barbecue and especially for our dog. As a result of an expectation that we can be together in a beautiful friendship environment with all my sincerity, all the participants left the place happily and happily With love

You deserve such a good comment, thank you for everything, and we preferred it... A beautiful garden, a patio with a magnificent view, a useful kitchen, a spotless bathroom and toilet area , a quiet bedroom If you have a full retreat stop vehicle, you will be much more comfortable. 10 minutes by car everywhere Cleanliness,calmness,peace,nature,sand and sea can promise another holiday. The beach down the house is clean and very pristine business and there are no facilities nearby, there are other bays with businesses nearby.

Apartment has a beautiful view . You feel like home . Ms. Funda was also always helpful super friendly and always quickly active as soon as you contact her. The apartment has a very nice touch . Beautifully bright very clean . Perfect place if you want to stay in Istanbul.

we had a very enjoyable holiday. It is in a peaceful, very calm environment. It is pleasant to watch the sea view and the sunset on the terrace. The terrace is spacious, a pleasant and privacy environment where you can have nice conversations with your family while watching the beautiful view while eating your meal. The house does not overwhelm you. The house is exactly as in the photos. A relevant host in Mr. Utku helped with everything. Their return is fast. Thank you Mr. Utku for his interest.

The location and views of the house are truly amazing. The house was very clean and attentive. The host was very caring. It provides a solution for any of your problems within 5 minutes. You can have a fire in the garden. You can come with 4 friends and stay comfortably. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in the summer. You can choose with your eyes closed. We are very satisfied.

Everything was very nice, there were all kinds of facilities in the house. It was like our own home, it was just us, it was very peaceful and calm. The host is very understanding and solution-oriented, there was no trust problem at all, we were very comfortable. The fireplace was incredibly well stocked with wood. It's just a little cool for those who go in the winter, so I say come prepared. The view is great, the pier and the sea were very nice, I would like to come in the summer.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Once again, everything went smoothly and well with this apartment, thanks to its great hosts and the uniqeness of the place.

Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

Best place to stay in Mürefte

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Place is every bit as beautiful as picture suggest and then some. The views are incredible. The sea is just three minutes of walking. Makes it easy to go swimming at your leisure many times a day. The host is super friendly, cordial and very attentive. Makes you feel like a family. Hatice is very easy to communicate with. All the neighbors were very warm and friendly. It is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Would come back again any time!
