Beach house holiday rentals in Sea Island

We had a fantastic stay at The Grace Escape! Zach’s place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to the beach, restaurants, and everything St. Simons has to offer. Thoughtful touches throughout the home made it feel extra welcoming, and Zach was an outstanding host: responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend The Grace Escape to anyone visiting the island!

Had a nice stay at the Sunny Showers cottage. Very good location.. A block and a half to the public beach access, a 6 minute walk to restaurants like to Crab Trap and Barrier Island, and about a 20 minute walk (or very short drive) to downtown St. Simon's and the pier. Be sure to note that you bring your own beach towels here, and also the outdoor patio/parking area is smaller than it looks in photo, and I was barely able to park my truck there. But we would book it again!

This house was perfect for our group of 9! It was clean and had everything we needing for cooking for all of us! It was right by the beach access so made it easy and convenient to walk to the beach. Our host was very fast at responding for anything we needed! We had a slight issue with the washing machine but they had a technician on it immediately. It wasn't anything that could have been controlled just things that happen! The back yard is so nice. very nice sitting area with a fire pit and there was deer that walked right up to the fence and let the kids feed them right out of their hands! Also, it includes a pool pass to Holiday Inn pool, which is also a very nice pool! If we ever make it back to Jekyll we will stay here again!

Abbey has a beautiful home; very spacious and clean. The surroundings are very peaceful and make you feel right at home. There are plenty of places to visit that are walkable or within a short drive. Even on a rainy day, it is nice to stay indoors and watch TV, play games, etc. Abbey was always responsive and friendly, and our party of 6 had all we needed for the week. We also enjoyed meeting the local kitties, who are super loving - but not intrusive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on St. Simons Island.

Perfect getaway! Most of our trip we felt like we were on a private island. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The sunroom was the most used space, perfect for watching afternoon thunderstorms. Everything in the home was clean and comfy, we slept great! We had everything we needed there at the home. I look forward to coming back soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Marilyn's home. It was very easy to find, we had all the info we needed before we arrived and check in was a breeze. The space is absolutely beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need, GREAT big refrigerator, nice dining area and open living room. The master bedroom was great and we loved the big shower! The towels were super soft. Beautiful rooms upstairs as well! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrella's, and bikes. Such a short trip down to the beach or to town. The house was absolutely perfect!!! We were sad to leave. I would 100% stay there again and Marilyn was an amazing host. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it!!!

Easy, luxury beach living for the entire family! This home is stunning. Even better than the pictures. From beautifully tiled showers, comfortable bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, games/bikes/beach toys for all ages…this house has it all! Our favorite part were the wrap around porches on every floor- loved having our morning coffee & quiet time out there. Another perk was they already have beach towels and chairs there waiting on you! This home seriously has it all and Laurel/ Kevin were such great hosts! Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

The home was gorgeous! It looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed to feel right at home for our weekend stay. The home was very clean and inviting from the moment we pulled in. Nice and quiet seating outside to relax and enjoy the evenings. Close to food and activities to do. Downtown at. Simons island is close with so many thing so do. The pier, the lighthouse, a park for children, and local shopping. The is a wonderful Mexican place with margaritas the close enough you can walk home. No drinking and driving.🙂 we had a wonderful time and would stay at this place again. I cried when we left. If your on the fence about this place just do it. It’s so worth it.

Very responsive host. Beautiful well equipped place. We were sad to not have a grill but spoke with the host about it and weee able to have our own sent to the house. Had a mixup with pool heating and they resolved, apologized and fixed very politely. Loved our stay!

I had a great stay at Rebecca’s place! She was a very nice and accommodating host—super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the visit. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the screened-in patio, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location was also convenient and made getting around easy. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Our stay was fabulous! Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to great local restaurants. Michaels home had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and he was super responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here.

The hosts were fabulous with super timely communication! We had stayed in this house before, but these owners have given it some great upgrades. The place is not only really cute and cozy, but you can walk to so many places—including a beautiful short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. They gave us a great recommendation on charter fishing, which provided a nice dinner of trout one evening! Just a fabulous stay all around—we will definitely be back to this property!!

Beautiful house on St Simons Island, a short walk to the beach with everything you would need for a beach trip. no problems getting in. Plenty of parking and plenty of beds. You can see the ocean from the Master Bedroom and the roof. Lots of porch space.

We cannot say enough about this place. It was absolutely perfect and so beautiful! I don’t think we have ever had such a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The house itself is so unique but the yard and Koi pond are the icing on the cake! Jordan is the nicest person ever and you can tell he is genuine. He makes you feel so welcome and right at home. We are very grateful for this experience and will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the treehouse! Great location- close to the village and pier, and close to many restaurants- but still felt private and quiet with the beautiful trees surrounding it. We would happily stay there again!

The house had everything we needed for a family beach vacation. The pool had plenty of seating and a nice covered outdoor area. Check in was a breeze. Absolutely no complaints!
