The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.

The Oceanfront

Oceanfront condo steps away from the Carolina Beach Pier. The condo has a garage with all your beach needs, like chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and three bicycles. There is a designated pool across the street from the building. There are multiple beach accesses close by; however, they open and close due to frequent erosion. Relax & dine on your private deck with unobstructed views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo is Hypoallergenic.
