Holiday rentals with a kayak in Scugog

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

This was without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! It was such a beautiful space. The view was unmatched and there was lots of room for all of us! We definitely plan on going back during summer months. May long weekend this year wasn’t warm and we would have loved to enjoy sitting out on that dock. Will definitely be returning!

Really lovely spot for a getaway outside of Toronto - the house was spacious, and had lots of fun activities like a kayak, firepit, shuffleboard, and pingpong. The views were beautiful and we had a lot of fun for a couple nights here. Renee and Marco were great hosts - super friendly and responsive.

we had a concert at Casino Rama and this was a great place to spend the night. it was very quiet, peaceful and close to the casino.

Wonderful stay! Our host Dylan was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The home fit our large group comfortably. The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras (lots of towels, warm blankets, coffees, teas, little treats) Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Lots to do, we all enjoyed ourselves and we’re already planning our return stay!! 😊

This was our first experience with AirBnB and it was very positive overall. If available will certainly book this one in the summertime to take advantage of the scenic area.

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

Our group had an amazing stay at Dave’s cottage! Everything was perfectly arranged in the house, and we especially loved the variety of games available—they really added to the fun and made our time even more enjoyable. The view from the cottage was absolutely beautiful and made for such a relaxing and memorable getaway. One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see the Northern Lights right from the cottage—it really was an unforgettable experience! Dave was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this place and host!

This was our second time staying here with the kids over Victoria Day, and once again, it was perfect. The place has everything we needed and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the beautiful view, swimming in the lake, making s’mores, and enjoying quality time together. A beautiful and convenient spot for a great getaway — we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!

Had a great time at this beautiful house. Very easy to find and the check in was super simple. The house was spacious with a big kitchen. Lots of cookware for a longer stay or some cooking during the stay. The host also posted instructions throughout the house - very thoughtful! The basement was a bit cold but the host provided two portable heaters. Kayaks and canoes are provided with an easily accessible dock. Will definitely stay again.

This cottage was our dream place for our small friend group’s getaway. The back patio and waterfront make the perfect setting. The interior is clean and spacious with full kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. Thank you for a perfect trip!

A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

I absolutely loved Sarah’s cottage in Coboconk! It was the perfect mix of cozy and peaceful, with beautiful views and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. You can really tell how much care went into the place—can’t wait to come back!

A rural cabin with unexpected modern conveniences. Everything is new and works well. Beds and mattresses are great. Rare you find great comfortable mattresses. Sheets and blankets all smart freshly washed. Perfect for my dog. Private and safe. Bbq worked great and very hot. Not one thing disappointed me about this place. The host was happy to answer any questions. Even at 10.30 pm. Thank you it was great.

Would absolutely return! Cottage was ready when we arrived and looked exactly like the pics. Everything we needed was provided and it was spotless! The view was amazing…steps to a private dock. We were there to unwind and escape reality which is exactly what we did.

Everything was clean, simple, and perfectly maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Our kids felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and enjoyed all the water activities! We had a fantastic stay at Melissa’s cottage. The wrap around screened in porch was perfect for us and our toddler. The kayaks were awesome and very sturdy. We can’t say enough about this little piece of paradise. We will be back.

This is a very cozy space. If you are looking to get away in the Kawarthas I really recommend it. Its very clean, organized, right on the water great for a family of 5-6. I would love to come back and stay even longer, a weekend was too short. No complaints.
