Wonderful! Even better than when I stayed there a few years ago with a little remodel since then. Easy walk to restaurants and great ice cream. Can watch rocket launches from the back windows or from the park behind the building. Just a really cool and interesting space in a great location and a great host. Clean, easy, great directions, etc., etc., etc!

This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.

This house shows how much thought was put into it. First off, the private entrance was easy to find and entry into the house was simple and well explained. Ron was very responsive and polite - you knew he was available of any questions came up. However, all of our needs were anticipated. We even loved the extras like the astronaut, blankets, cold water, and snacks. There were even outlets on each side of the bed for chargers so we didn’t have to juggle that. Besides functionality, the house came really well decorated and comfortable, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. This is our new favorite rental, can’t wait to be back.

We had such a wonderful stay. The farm house is right next to the owners’ house, but you don’t have to interact with them at all. This is a perfect location to get to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge ( we came to see the bioluminescence). The area where this Airbnb is located is sooo peaceful and rustic. You hear birds, cicadas, and even rooster in the morning. The Airbnb is air conditioned. The bunk beds were really spacious and can fit two reasonably sized people per bunk. The owner is responsive and proactive, giving you all the information you need well in advance. You also don’t need to do much at all to check out (like strip the bed) which was such a plus. Highly recommend!
