Monthly Rentals in Scotts Valley

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa and Steve were great hosts and very helpful. They were not intrusive at all but made it clear that they were available if needed. The few questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The house is very well appointed, lovely decor and specifically, I loved that it was furnished and decorated with matching furniture and colors, art, towels, and cookware. Some places are just a hodge podge of household cast offs. Lisa and Steven put a great deal of time and effort in creating a charming hideaway. There were pet towels and sheets available for Maddie, our yellow Lab's use. We really appreciated that. The location was nice and quiet and mostly easy to find (I would suggest finding it in the daylight first) but once we knew where the turn off was it was easy. Groceries and other necessary stores were close by. The patio / deck with fire pit was lovely for wine, snacks and conversation. Great stay!

Ellen's place is a very nice quiet place to stay and enjoy a cozy day/night. The views outside are great and there are a lot of places to just relax on a cold day. the only inconvenience is the area around the property. To get there can be tricky, especially at night, and when it's rainy. And parking, especially with a large car is very hard especially if you have to reverse your way out, or reverse in, especially with the steep driveway. Other than that the property was perfect, and everything felt right, Ellen is a very nice host.

Lisa's farm was the best place to spend our wedding anniversary. It is located close enough to Santa Cruz for a day visit and right next to the beautiful Redwood forests. Lisa was responsive to questions that I had. And the farm was beautiful to look at in the morning drinking coffee. My husband and I loved seeing the farm animals too! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to spend the weekend. It is very close to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, which is gorgeous! We loved staying at Kyle & Rachel's studio. It was clean and bright with all the modern accommodations and more. Kyle and Rachel were very responsive and thoughtful hosts. The studio had everything you'd want and more! The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower were really nice and spa-like. It's a great location, easy to access but yet quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying there!
