Kyle’s place was a great location for us! The parking garage was nice to have access to. The checkin process requires an additional login that was new to us, but is simple. Kyle was a responsive and friendly host.

Perfect spot to spend a long weekend for UofM visit. Easy access to everything in Ann Arbor, with a quiet and roomy space to work by days. Rita is a gracious and communicative host.

Lisa and Phil have an amazing place and go above and beyond as hosts! They had fresh pastries, fruit, and flowers waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry essentials and cooking gear. The property is immedicable and exemplifies Phil's wood-working craftsmanship. We took full advantage of the hot tub and also a tour of Phil's downstairs wood shop. While initially concerned about the train, we found it an exciting perk and our sleep was never disturbed even without ear plugs. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending the "lodge" to friends and family!

Great place tucked into a very peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. Dolph Park, just down the street, was a great nature walk with lots to see. The house is very clean, nicely appointed. Lots of attention to what makes a place a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back!
