Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Cozy apartment with good amenities, free Wi-Fi 1 bed 140 × 200 cm 1 sofa bed 140 × 200 cm Bedding Towels 2nd floor. Low room height of approx. 205 cm All shops serving everyday needs are close by. The Ruhr River and the Ruhr Valley bike path are nearby Train station 8 minutes walk. From Schwerte train station, the train takes 15 minutes to get to the soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park and the Westfalenhalle. From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

Ein sehr gemütliches und schönes Appartement im Dortmunder Süden. Sehr nahe dem Signal Iduna Park, den Westfalenhallen und dem Westfalenpark. In dem Appartment befinden sich vier Betten, eine kleine Küche, Esstisch und Stühle natürlich auch und einen Fernseher mit Netflix Account. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen für wohliges Befinden. Das angrenzende Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschtisch und einem WC ausgestattet. Sicherlich sehr schön ist der geräumige Süd Balkon.

Beautiful granny apartment in a modern house in the forest

Hi, I've been an AirBnb fan for some time and have only had good experiences. So, I also offer this apartment on AirBnb. If you want to go to the BVB game, we can get you tickets if necessary. The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

Tiny house on two floors

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Just a minute walk from Lake Phönix in a 100 year old house in a traditional working-class neighborhood is our apartment "Bergmann". It was recently freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard, which is only you use. So you can rest and sit in the yard after a long day of full of experiences. Bright and modern apartment near the Ruhr

Large, bright apartment (90 sqm) directly on the Ruhrradweg with (some) Ruhrblick. Our modern, open-plan apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. Through a separate entrance and a private staircase, you have the greatest possible privacy. I leave the key so that a flexible check-in is possible.
