Our house is located in the centre of Schwebheim in a quiet location. Relax in the in-house sauna area or in the beautiful garden. Let yourself be surprised by the diverse impressions in the "Apothekergärtlein Bayerns" (Bavaria's Little Pharmacy Garden). The municipality of Schwebheim is known far beyond the state borders for the cultivation and processing of medicinal and spice plants. Embark on a tour of the beautiful surroundings from the guest house at the castle.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

In the 65 sqm living-dining area there is also the open, fully equipped kitchen, with a cooking island. In addition, there is a large, extendable dining table with 6 chairs. A large U-shaped sofa area overlooking the 75-inch TV promises a movie theater feeling. There are also two cozy bedrooms with a 1.80 m box spring bed and a modern 1.60 m bed. A stylish bathroom with a 1.40 deep walk-in shower with LED strip lighting makes every heart beat faster.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Quiet, cozy new apartment perfectly located!

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.
