Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts of the village, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the balcony. Facilities such as supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, place to relax next door. The Main River is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful towns. Leisure: Band ceramic museum, Judenfriedhof, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, spa, wine towns on the Mainschleife.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The living room is equipped with a TV - the big sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. In another room, 2 people can be accommodated in a bunk bed. Pets are welcome.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
