Fantastically beautifully decorated old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to occupy yourself (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, etc.). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Six of you could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know, but it is also possible to check in flexibly via a key safe. We would absolutely recommend the place!

The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You have to go a little further to do your shopping, but you get peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally grazed in the garden (they ask you first if you don't mind) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Wonderful place to relax. If you like clowns, you'll love this little house.

I really enjoyed staying at Viktor's AirBnB! It was a relaxing weekend. Just the thing to switch off and find yourself. Viktor and Tamara are also excellent hosts. They react in a solution-oriented manner and are courteous. Thank you, I'd love to come back.

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

The stay was perfect. Robert took care to have everything we need. The home took our breath away, even better than the photos. The house had all the amenities you need for your stay. We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

We stayed with Yvonne for 1.5 cozy days and it was very relaxed. A very open and warm atmosphere on the farm, we were invited to a wonderful fire in a dreamlike circle on the 1st evening. The next day we explored the beautiful countryside a little and made a detour to Bayreuth. The proximity to the animals on Ivonne's farm is touching.. they are very used to people. The foam wagon is very cozy and cozy, even at the current temperatures no problem due to the heating option. Ivonne is always approachable, very friendly and tries to find a good solution for every problem. We'll be back. Thank you so much !

We highly recommend the place. Have been in many other accommodations, but here the inventory was very tasteful and everything very new and very clean, the beds very good. We will be happy to come back. It was very loving in detail, such as dog bowl, toys for the children, detergent, etc.

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight - especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's very well equipped and quite cozy. The place is clean and the host was very helpful. Parking is very easy and the grocery is a 2 minute walk. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Those who love peace and nature will immediately feel at home in this accommodation. Situated alone with a view over the field, nicely decorated and practically equipped both inside and outside. There are chairs and loungers for the lawn and a spacious shower. We recommend the Blabmühle farm shop near Diepoldsried and the Steiner Wirt in the neighbouring village. It's better to bring travel bags than suitcases, as there is storage space for clothes, but little for suitcases.

Everything was as expected. Very idyllic and quiet. We had everything we needed to rest and cook delicious food. A highlight in the hot temperatures was the "earth refrigerator" for a cold beer ;) Or the horses in the paddock with sunset in the background. In the evening, you could also listen to frogs in a small pond nearby. Communication was totally uncomplicated and always very fast. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Lena and Jürgen's place was wonderful! A pretty and well-equipped apartment with equally nice seating on the terrace. Communication went smoothly and the parking situation was also good.

A wonderful place with a view. Very well maintained, with wonderful glass front and garden. Check-in instructions came a few hours after booking. There was nothing left to be desired. Also the village is very quiet and idyllic. Absolute recommendation
