The spacious terrace, the bathtub (for an extra charge), as well as the cleverly designed outdoor area, guarantee relaxing evenings, as well as relaxing afternoons after a swimming excursion at the lake. The accommodation is therefore ideally suited for families, friends but also for business travelers.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

I personally love this cute flat. it is suitable for a couple with or without a child. Very central but quiet location, walking distance to the groceries, shops and restaurants. 2 min drive to the main train station. 6min from Autobahn Schwandorf Mitte. There is one queen size bed and a small single bed in an extra small room. Enjoy your stay! No pets of any kind allowed.
