The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Unsere kleine im Haus integrierte FeWo mit 60qm liegt zwischen Murnau und Oberammergau am Murnauer Moos. Die Gegend lädt zu Berg- und Radtouren, Wanderungen und Badeausflügen an den uml. Seen wie z.B. Staffel-, Kochel- und Walchensee ein. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Österreich, z.B. Lechtal, steht nichts im Wege, da in ca. 1 Std erreichbar. Die FeWo befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Balkon und Ausblick auf's Estergebirge. Für's Kulinarische sorgt unser Dorfladen und ist in 1Min ab 06:30 zu erreichen.

Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. Die Hörnle-Schwebebahn kann zufuß in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die große Terasse sowie ein eigener Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar.
