Our small apartment with 60 square meters integrated in the house is located between Murnau and Oberammergau on the Murnauer Moos. The area invites you to mountain and cycling tours, hikes and swimming trips to the surrounding lakes such as Staffelsee, Kochelsee and Walchensee. Also, nothing stands in the way of day trips to Austria, e.g. Lechtal, as it can be reached in about 1 hour. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with balcony and view of the Estergebirge. Our village shop provides culinary delights and can be reached in 1 minute from 6:30 am.

Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof.
