It’s a good suburb area where you can reach the central in 20 mins or less sometimes through a s-bahn. The studio is very clean and modern. It’s Cozy and has a workstation so I got to do a lot. Loved it.

Quiet yet central location. Marienplatz is about 20 minutes away by public transport. Very clean apartment on the second floor with balcony. A very good family bakery 2 minutes walk (Bäckerei Kistenpfennig). All around a great location in the new development area, nice and quiet, and a great apartment with everything you need!

Daniels place is great, verz well located, quite close to the metro station and places to go out and eat.

Overall great stay. Really like the neighborhood and walking distance to city center. Thanks to Jo for accommodating an early check in :)

Overall great stay and the place looked just as advertised on Air B&B. Not really much decoration in the apartment so it lacked a warm welcoming feeling but that doesn't affect the functionality of the apartment. There is a small washer which was nice as we needed to do some laundry. The washer's controls are all in German but there is an instruction manual that is written in several languages. We found it easier just to watch a couple YouTube videos to get familiar with the machine. The host left a binder with public transportation info and nearby restaurants. The old town area is about a 45 minute walk but there is a nearby tram that will get you there much quicker.

Great little place which had everything you needed. Nice and clean and very close (5min) to the station without the rail noise. Very easy to get into Munich only 20mons and trains run very frequently. We had a few unexpected train delays which caused us to get in a few hours later than expected. Andreas wasn't phased by it. It was a nice surprise to have a couple of cold beers in the fridge. Very enjoyable after a long journey.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

The host is very friendly and communicative. The room is reasonably structured. The decor is cozy. The surrounding area is quiet and empty. It is a very good living experience.

It was a good fit for a trade fair accommodation for four people. Bakery right next door. Just finding the small driveway was a bit tricky. But also not impossible.

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Great location really enjoyed the village feel

I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks with my friends and it was a truly wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. They were always available, helpful with anything I needed, and provided great local tips that made my time even more enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming environment!
