There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

The 45 m² single-decker apartment is located in the shunting yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The underground can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and a stop from the fair (20 minutes on foot). Playmobil FUN Park is 20 minutes away by car. Sleeps up to 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

Top floor, closed apartment for guests. About 800 m to the Rothsee. Separate bathroom + toilet. I can currently offer three double rooms (one double bed in room 1, one double bed in room 2 and one double bed plus single bed in room 3) in this apartment. In addition, there is a double bed in the attic (room 4).
