It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

"Time out at the Bentheim Hills"

A detached, light-flooded house with a large garden awaits you, right on the edge of the forest, on a hillside, with a very large south-facing terrace overlooking the fields, in a quiet location. Our house has been built on 2 levels. The living room, dining room (conservatory), and the large terrace are on the lower level and with a height difference of 3 steps is the kitchen, the two small bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and the entrance.

The lake house is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modernly equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft nets, which allow a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds.
