Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The Wägital is a popular destination for hikers, climbers & fishermen and is particularly suitable for families. It is quiet and surrounded by nature and nevertheless quick and easy to reach from Zurich. The way to the cottage includes a trail of several minutes with no light.

At the edge of the residential area of Bettnau in 8854 Siebnen and at the foot of the Stockberg, the house offers an ideal opportunity for hikers and bike tourists. The building is a solid stand-alone garden house with a Swedish stove. Barbecue and cooking facilities. Coffee machine and MW are available. TV and radio can be used. Accessible by public transport. There is a free parking space for your own car. No through traffic. Unfortunately, no dogs can be admitted.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace.
