Apartment is on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is decorated in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Nearby outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medical and museum of concrete art). Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.
