Michael was a great host: very friendly, and flexible. We appreciate it if the host lives in the same house or nearby, because then you can easily get the best tips from "locals". If you arrive on bikes like us, you should know that Michael's apartment is quite uphill. We had e-bikes so it wasn't a problem for us. Right at the house there is a bus stop where the buses run regularly during the day (until about 7 pm). But Michael is very helpful and would have picked us up or drove us from the train station. Horb is very conveniently located at a train junction, so excursions in the area are also easy to do with public transport. In addition, my trip to Horb went even further and I was even able to park my bike with Michael for a few days. All in all it was a great, hassle-free stay at Michael's place. Thanks!

A spacious and very nicely furnished apartment. Everything you need is there. The apartment is quiet, cozy and warm. A great extra point are the books, for all ages, as well as the many toys. The beds are comfortable, the workspace is also good. Highly recommended for families, you feel like home and not like in a cold apartment.

We've already been here twice. Again, it was very feminine and a good starting point for hiking and cycling. The landlord is pleasant and uncomplicated. Glad to come back.

Beautiful secluded spot to stay with incredible view of the hills fron the living room and balcony. Very confortably furnished.

Wonderful location. Especially loved the balcony in the evening, sipping chilled wine and watching the buzzards soaring above us. We even got a fabulous sunset. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the Black Forest

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

We can absolutely recommend the apartment! It's very clean, and nothing is missing. The hosts are extremely friendly, and the personal welcome was just great. The area is unique and excellent for hiking. We had a memorable break! Returning after a hike and having a beautiful retreat to relax in is just awesome. We loved our stay at this airbnb. It had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. Everything was provided. Communication was very good too. We loved the view and it was very peaceful having breakfast in the balcony/terrace with the lovely view in the morning. I loved all the stars in the sky one evening when looking through the windows in the living room and the balcony..

Our stay with Christine was just great! The apartment with the sunny roof terrace was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, so you could cook well. To justify it, there was a delicious cake in the fridge and during our stay there was homemade lemonade. Accommodation and hostess 10/10. We would definitely come back :-)

The apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It really has everything you need and is very clean. And the whole thing in the best location, right on the market square of Freudenstadt (above an ice cream parlour, which is also highly recommended;-)). We, three generations, have enjoyed the location very much. The state garden show, the train station, the pedestrian zone, many restaurants... everything is within walking distance and the car is still right at the door. In the event of a short-term problem with the hot water supply, Sergej was immediately available and took care of it. We definitely recommend the apartment and Sergej as a host!

Apartment, location and host really leave nothing to be desired. Communication with Falk is really outstanding and very personal. The property and location are fantastic. It is the details that will be happy to bring you back. The amenities are really extensive and the whole design of the interior design is very loving. We spent incredibly beautiful days, amid the forest. Whether we saw the sunrise on the balcony in the morning or at the fire pit in the evening - everything gives you the feeling of being in a very special place. We will definitely be back!

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Absolutely beautiful home and property. Was well worth the drive through the Black Forest to get to a somewhat remote area. Daniel (the host) was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. We don’t speak much German so it was helpful he was able to communicate in English. Lovely place, I would highly recommend!

I stayed for one month at Lorenz's Airbnb. everything was perfect in the apartment, it had lots of room. I worked from there also and had an excellent WiFi connection. The village is wonderful with lots of walking routes nearby. I explored a lot of the area by car and by foot. An ideal place to enjoy Baden Württemberg. The host is nothing short of an absolute legend, one of the friendliest people I have met and very helpful too. You will have an incredible experience if you choose to stay at Lorenz's apartments. vielen Dank für alles.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Angelika in person, and we received a good briefing, especially on the many functionalities of the bathroom exhibition. But also the recommendation of where to eat or what activities to do was passed on. What we also liked very much was that there were some fresh fruits nicely served on a plate. The variety was also convincing. Overall, it was two beautiful days.
