Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The vacation rental is located in a rural farmhouse in a quiet location. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The cozy lounge accommodates a kitchenette, couch, corner bench and TV. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible at ground level. In the valley, the bike path leads along the Glatt. The Black Forest Nature Park is easily accessible by car. The farm also has a variety of animals.
