We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was established in 1899 and abolished in 1945. This railway is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for max. 6 pers. House Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018, it was fully renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing to do is stand in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Comfortable enjoyment of nature

Located in the middle of nature in a corridor between the Gees forestry service and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views of land. Our farmhouse was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a holiday home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

A nice holiday home in a wooded area. Entire house is available. The photos speak for themselves. The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes for private use are inhabited. There are also cottages such as these that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can bike nicely in the area. But also possible shopping in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.

Very much like 'coming home'

Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .
