Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

All the things a baby needs are available, just ask us! Close to the city center and yet very quiet. Bakers/butchers are around the corner, as is the Rosenthal Theater. Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Die Ferienwohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar, ein Handlauf oder Geländer ist derzeit nicht vorhanden. Die Treppe ist mit Bewegungsmeldern ausgestattet und wird durchgehend beleuchtet. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Wald (10 Gehminuten) idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, Radtouren und Skilanglauf.
