Family-friendly holiday rentals in Schönhagen

Fantastic location overlooking the fjord. 2 min for swimming in the Baltic Sea. The house is furnished in the style of the 90s, very clean, large and bright and perfect for 4-6 people. For bikes, there is a garage. We will be happy to come back. Particularly worthy of mention is the warm welcome with a welcome greeting.

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.

My parents had a good time at Thomas's place. The place matches the pictures and the view is really fantastic. The host was also quick to respond and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic vacation with Susanne. The house and the magnificent garden with small private beach was great with our three little kids. What we especially really liked was the children's room with so many great toys (the kids were there and away) and also the great view from the living room over the sea. Great recommendation!

Nice accommodation and great view

This is a great home with enough space for 12 people. All the rooms are spacious, well equipped and beds were comfortable. They provided more than enough towels, sheets, etc. The Terrace is amazing and the Kitchen has everything you need. Supermarket is very close and is even open on Sundays. The host responded any questions very quickly. Finally the location is great, a few minutes walking to anything and 10 min drive to Flensburg and/or the beach.

We were completely satisfied, felt welcome with our two dogs and everything was straightforward.

Poul's cottage immediately captured us with its charm. Very cozy, close to the water, in a beautiful environment we immediately felt comfortable there. In the house there is everything you need. Everything was clean and welcoming. The garden and the covered terrace are the cherry on the cream. Poul was always available and responded promptly. The communication with him was 1A. We highly recommend this beautiful place of Poul.

We spent some great days at Dietmar's home. The house is beautiful and clean, with a large garden where children can play. Despite not speaking English, communication was very easy through Airbnb and Dietmar always responded quickly and with great sympathy. It's a very good place to explore the island if you have a car or bike. We would not hesitate to return.

Charlotte has been a very nice host, a cheerful person you can always ask for advice. Your dog and mine got along almost immediately :) I can really recommend the house to anyone who wants to switch off. We would be happy to come back. Best regards, David and Inka

phenomenal!! Great location, great view and Steffen has really thought of everything. a fully equipped kitchen, many games, cushions for the seats outside, fire bowl, mini-boats and and and... a really great property, which looks much smaller and less stunning in the pictures than it actually is. we were overwhelmed! thank you for the great holiday

We stayed with Marianne for two days and felt very comfortable. The check-in was particularly easy, as Marianne has a key box next to the front door. This allowed us a flexible check-in. The house was very clean and has a special charm, as it is a typical traditional house on the island. The area is very quiet and therefore ideal for relaxing and unwinding. All in all highly recommended.

The apartment is great, one minute to the beautiful beach of Laboe, five minutes to the harbor and restaurants, 10 minutes to the super surf school - everything within walking distance. The apartment offers everything one needs for a holiday. The roof terrace is great - we were almost always alone there. In the garden there is a swimming pool, which my children liked to use after a day on the beach. We felt completely comfortable, thank you!

We stayed a week in the apartment. It was very nice, especially the short distance to the beach and the beautiful spa park with mini golf directly opposite. Also great we found the pool which we could use. In the apartment there was also everything that was needed.

We were very comfortable in Claudia's house. The pool was used to cool off after the morning runs, we also enjoyed using the yoga mats in the gym. Since the cupboards are well stocked, you have to improvise a little with your stuff, but that wasn't a problem for us. Our Wäller dog was able to move freely and also had a very relaxed holiday. From the house Kiel and the Baltic Sea are quickly reached and so Preetz is a good starting point for day trips. We particularly liked Lüdjenburg, Eutin and Eckernförde and of course the Schönberger Strand. We had ideal bathing weather in August.

We were in the house with many people and felt very comfortable. The layout of the house and amenities were ideal!

The house is very cute and close to the water. We had a wonderful holiday, great pool and sauna! We were there with 13 people, plenty of space and sleeping arrangements! Simply great..

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 13 people. It would even be room for more. Unfortunately, due to the current construction site, it is still a bit noisy and not quite as "idyllic" as you might like. Otherwise, everything was there, it was very clean and the service on site was always responsive. Clear recommendation

As grandparents, we invited our adult (in-law) children and 4 grandchildren between 1 - 9 years to this beautiful and spacious house for a week. Everything was useful and completely furnished and available. We found the house in a very clean condition. Everything you need was in the kitchen. There was nothing wrong with the beds in the rooms. The WiFi also worked great. A steep staircase leads to the 1st floor. To protect the little ones, there are child safety grille doors at the top and bottom. On the 1st floor, there is plenty of space to escape the hustle and bustle of the "day room". The conservatory offers additional space with a magnificent view of nature. From there, we regularly saw pheasants, hares and deer. A small pool is also available. Children can play in the outdoor area. The hosts were very cooperative and helpful. We fully recommend the place!

It was so nice to be there, everything was as described (the "house" even bigger actually). Nice green paths to go for walks, and very pet friendly. The neighbours where also very friendly and helpful. We would consider going there again.
