Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The stylish apartment "Pier 51" in the beach house design is in a unique location right on the water between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The large south-facing terrace borders the harbor basin of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. From the bedroom you can enjoy the view of the Schlei, the Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea. The apartment is high-quality and tastefully furnished and offers the perfect home with two bedrooms and a spacious living area with an integrated kitchen and dining table

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an east wind), the call of a red kite (with a west wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Newly built two-story apartment in our 200-year-old barn, formerly used for cattle, a henhouse, and a carpentry workshop. Perfect for young couples and families with children seeking peace in scenic surroundings. Vittens Længe beach is within walking distance, ideal for relaxation. The stay includes a DIY breakfast with sourdough rolls, butter, jam, milk,eggs from our hens, and nourishing porridge – ideal for an authentic and relaxing getaway close to nature.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. End the day with a drink by the fireplace and enjoy the large dining area with your loved ones. Welcome to Ole Käthe.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been guest rooms since 1940. In 2024/2025, the building in the 4th generation was extensively renovated to the latest standard with a lot of love for detail. Enjoy the quiet location with private access (200 meters) to the natural beach "Norgaardholz" directly on the Baltic Sea coast in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.
