A beautiful, modern and rustic, low-energy half-timbered house with thatched roof, Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay plaster walls awaits you. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Auf dessen Grünfläche befinden sich Kräuterbeete sowie Obstbäume- also der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen und entspannte Urlaubstage auf dem Land zu verbringen!

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
