"Edler Wohnraum" was not only very clean and stylishly furnished, it also lacked nothing. The hosts are very friendly, respond quickly and give helpful instructions in advance for check-in. Absolutely recommended!

Nice, spacious, clean apartment with everything you would need. Walkable to all sights and extremely close to three grocery stores to stock up on food. Check-in was easy and instructions were very clear!

We felt particularly comfortable in this beautiful apartment. It all worked out. From the underfloor heating to the furniture, everything is perfect and as new. Fast internet. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very quiet in this relatively small town. We had a car, but even without a car, you could live there well. In a few minutes' walk, you can reach a butcher or the Netto supermarket, as well as the train station or various bus stops. If we want to go back to this beautiful area, we will definitely book this apartment again.

The listing is exactly the same as the pictures that have been published. It is also very centrally located, making it quick and easy to get to the city gallery as well as to other shops that were nearby by the trams. The apartment has a lot you need, only in the kitchen you have to keep in mind that not all its ingredients or cooking utensils as usual has or is limited, but otherwise this accommodation is very good and for the price and location it is worth renting it.

Quiet apartment located near the train station. Very generously cut, which offered us enough space. Generous supply of tea, coffee and a welcome gift. Beautiful view of the city. It was 20 minutes on foot to the market, which did not bother us, so we immediately explored the city. We felt very comfortable, thank you Isabell!

We had a great time in Aleksanders house in the center of the spa district of Karlsbad. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony in the evening. Aleksander took good care of us and communication was smooth.

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend them very highly.

We booked Stefan and Gülay's apartment at very short notice. Communication was incredibly fast and very pleasant. The accommodation is in the middle of the old town and is highly recommended. Everything is tasteful, carefully and stylishly furnished - just as shown in the pictures. Access by car, parking, etc. are easily feasible as described. We would come back anytime!

The accommodation was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a stay. The parking space is a bonus for me, as you don't have to search for long. The only small drawback, but this is a minor complaint: a small lamp in the living room would have been desirable, as otherwise you only have the choice between darkness or bright lighting. I would definitely come back! ☺️
