The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Vom Küchentisch und vom Bett aus kann man direkt auf die Pferde und die Berge schauen. Wirklich ein wundervoller Ausblick. 😍 Der große Kachelofen macht es super gemütlich, auch an kälteren Tagen. 2 E-Bikes können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden + Reiten 🏇

Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . The cottage was newly renovated & stylishly furnished in 2022 and is located in the middle of the Haselbach holiday park. On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
