The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. By car, it is about to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg. 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached without changing trains with the S1.

Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
