Die Essecke mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und Besteck. Geraucht wird bitte in einer extra "Raucherlounge". In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Firma, die unter der Woche zwischen 07.00 - 16.30 Uhr für "akustische Eindrücke" sorgen kann. Für deinen Hund hätte ich gern einmalig, fünf Euro Einigungsgebühr.

Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The city of Lüneburg is about 20 km away and Hamburg is about 40 km away. The Luhmühlen tournament square is about 7 km away.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.

Die Heide ist zur jeder Jahreszeit schön um spazieren zu gehen. Der Heide-Park oder die Attraktion in Bispingen bringen Spaß und Freude für die ganze Familie. Fussläufig ist ein Bahnhof & ein schöner Spielplatz. (5 min Fußweg)
