Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa offers space for up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The apartment is located in the new building and has spacious approx. 35 m2, a combined bedroom/living room that invites you to feel good, an open kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Your apartment also includes a balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture.
