This 40-square-metre holiday apartment is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2×2 metres, and it is very comfortable as a third bed. You can walk through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are provided free of charge.

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Leben in der Villa Krumbholz - einer früheren Orchesterschule, im Herzen von Radebeul mit seinen Weinbergen und Nähe zu Dresden. Die Wohnung ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden, um die Ecke ist gleich die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn und zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten beim Zug. In nur 15 bis 20 Minuten ist man somit schon in Dresden. In nur 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man gleich im Radebeuler Kneipenviertel Kötzschenbroda.
