This very modern and high-quality guest apartment is situated in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl, with a parking space on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues, downhill with a lift and Schmiedefeld) can easily be reached in 20-30 minutes by car and also by public transport.

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Take a vacation with us in a quiet, forest location and enjoy Thuringian cuisine. Hiking trails start right in front of the apartment. Regional and national cycle paths are available for cyclists. For motorcyclists, tours through the Thuringian Forest are available.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax.
