I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. Das Walnut Cottage ist ein bezauberndes kleines Bungalow aus den 50er Jahren das im Jahr 2023 komplett neu renoviert wurde. Es liegt im Schatten eines großen Wallnussbaums in sehr ruhiger Lage auf einem großen Gartengrundstück. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und bis zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fussweg. Die überdachte Terasse lädt einen zum Ausspannen und geniesen lauer Sommernächte ein.

In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
