One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The 110 m² apartment "Ruveda" is situated in a quiet mountainous area outside of St. Ulrich (Ortisei), a small town in the beautiful South Tyrol region and is ideal for relaxing holidays in the middle of a beautiful scenery with the family. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

A front-row seat in nature

Our house is surrounded by forest and meadows without direct neighbors. The adjacent buildings are a stable and barn where our sheep and chickens live. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable thanks to the fiber optic connection. Further down in the valley, a mountain stream rushes and crickets chirp all around in the meadows. Parking is available right by the house.
