The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. The "House on the Beach" in Olpenitz offers direct access to the bathing bay and is located in one of the iconic beach villas. The vacation home is spread over three levels. On the ground floor is the open-plan living and dining area with access to the terrace. On the 2nd floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a balcony. On the 2nd floor, a sauna and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea invite you to relax. Two parking spaces and a shed for bicycles are available.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

Individually designed with a lot of love with all the trimmings. An incredibly beautiful view of the Schlei, the bird life and boats sailing by. If you need something special, ask. **The lower apartment with terrace can be booked** Of course, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned when tenants change, but please do not expect a hotel standard.

Fantastically beautiful, fully equipped holiday home in a quiet end road in Stexwig with direct view onto the Schlei. Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old.
