Very nice apartment, great location, very hospitable. A few steps to the beach, beach bar, restaurants.

Absolutely recommended! Penelopi and her husband are excellent hosts who welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. The Apple Apartment is beautiful, superbly equipped and very well maintained. Numerous trees and plants surround the cosy terrace. The location is very quiet and you can reach the beach of Koutsounari in a few minutes. The city of Ierapetra is only a few minutes away by car. The interior is also very well maintained and the furnishings are in the typical Greek style. We were here for the second time and would come again and again. We have received recommendations for beaches and attractions that are almost only known to locals. We are already looking forward to the next time we see Penelopi, Nikos, Sissi and Dobby again 😇😍

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

The Wave House is perfectly situated to swim at the beach just in front of the apartment. Loved the sun beds and area in from of the Wave House so you have a space to relax and enjoy the water views.

Definitely the best choice I have made. Location and decor and surrounding gardens. All wonderful.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

Ideal for lovers of a quiet and unique corner. Access via a narrow and stony track.(Access to paradise is earned!) Very warm welcome with an excellent homemade meal. Too bad we had 2 days of bad weather, (jacuzzi out of service) we would have brushed with absolute perfection!!

The place was great just a few metres from the beach and within walking distance from everything. It was clean, tidy and well furnished and equipped. The only drawback of this location is that it is not always easy to find parking nearby. This is not an issue for couples but for a family with 2-3 little ones it might mean a great deal of carrying from and to the car.

Poppy was amazing. So helpful, flexible and very friendly. The apartment is wonderful. Beautiful views and great location for the town and the beach. We stayed for one night before our ferry to Santorini. It was very close to the ferry enabling us to walk there. The place is very clean and well appointed. A little tricky to find on maps but got there in the end (it is a pedestrian zone so enter directions for pedestrian). Recommend

The place was exactly what we expected and very comfortable and clean. The host was flexible with us for checking in and was there to greet us when we arrived. The host provided information to help us schedule our taxi to the port to catch our early morning ferry. The location was perfect with everything we wanted in walking distance.

Giorgio’s place was beautiful and well maintained. He was always very responsive (Ben when we locked ourselves out) and gave us recommendations for the local super market and an AMAZING place for dinner. The home was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view and had everything we needed.

easy access accommodation, very functional, super market, restaurants, beaches right next door, everything is very comfortable and Istron is 15 km from Agios Nikolaos and allows you to easily visit the east and south east side (with a vehicle of course). Alexandra is a charming person and she offered us some vegetables and fruits from her garden. Thanks for hosting us

Very nice accommodation! The interior of the house was very cozy and very cool for the heat of the season. The yard is very boho and perfect for hanging out with friends in a very quiet neighborhood and if you miss something you can walk 20-30m just across the street where there is a Supermarket (Sklavenitis). Although the house already had what it needed from basic necessities. We did not have time to enjoy all the comforts of the house as we only stayed 4 nights and the only thing that made it difficult for us was the otherwise very nice bed on the floor due to the fact that my wife was pregnant. We would definitely choose the accommodation again for family holidays in the future!

Mara's place is a great - clean, stunning view, and very close to town. All good. There are two potential draw backs for senior travellers. First are the steep steps to the apartment - 4 flights which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage. If you are traveling light there is no problem . Second - Street parking is not possible in Agios Nikolas. The closest parking was very affordable, but a one mile walk up a big hill. Otherwise great find if your traveling light and want to be in the middle of Agios Nikolas. We stayed a week. George

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

The apartment is very pleasant : clean, modern, spacious and perfectly equipped. The small balcony and roof terrace are a real plus and add to the apartment's charm. Erietta and Manolis provide numerous recommendations for discovering Heraklion and its best addresses, which is particularly appreciated. Very responsive and attentive, they ensure that everything runs smoothly. An excellent experience, which I recommend without hesitation!

Christina’s studio is impeccable, walking distance from the city center. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

*A dream stay with breathtaking sea views on Crete* My stay in an Airbnb in Crete was simply fantastic! The accommodation offered a spectacular sea view, which made every morning a special experience. The apartment was modern and extremely clean, which immediately ensured well-being. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner. At my request, the towels were promptly renewed, and when an unexpected sandstorm arose, he immediately took care of cleaning the accommodation. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beaches were breathtaking, and I enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear water. The local Go providers were extremely helpful and gave me valuable tips that enriched my stay. Communication was straightforward, as they spoke fluent English. Overall, it was an unforgettable holiday that I can recommend to everyone.
