Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Entspannung pur oder high life in Velden! Wanderwege und Radwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Wörthersee ist keine 150m Luftlinie entfernt. Velden liegt 2km entfernt. Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
